Meet at the main White Horse Hill carpark (free for NT members with NT card) at Woolstone Hill. A circular Ridgeway walk to explore the ancient White Horse and Uffington Castle hillfort with fine views, descending to the valley floor through Woolstone and Compton Beauchamp, returning to the Downs to visit Wayland’s Smithy barrow and back along the Ridgeway to carpark.
