Meet at Lechlade by St Lawrence Church, parking in Riverside Park. Walking through the churchyard, along Shelley’s Walk eastwards to the Trout Inn. Crossing the bridge on A417 to the Thames Path and St John’s Lock. Walking along the Riverside across meadowland back towards Lechlade. Continuing across bridge to Riverside Meadows to the Roundhouse where the river joins the Thames and Severn Canal. Detour to deserted village of Inglesham with the interesting 13th century church of St John the Baptist and returning to Lechlade across fields to Halfpenny Bridge and Toll House. No stiles flat. Could shorten walk for some if wished at Lechlade Bridge. Bring refreshments for en route break. Assistance dogs only. 07940 460871
