Meet at Headington Shops (bus stop HS1) to take the no 10 bus to Horspath Road. Headington pay car parks at Waitrose and St Leonards Road. Parking closer to the walk start is limited to 2 hours. Autumn in Shotover. From Horspath Road bus stop we will cross the ring road into Brasenose Woods following paths gently uphill to Shotover Plain for a coffee stop. Re-entering the woods for an undulating walk around the top with time for a picnic lunch. Then mainly downhill to re-emerge on the ring road and the bus no 10 back to Headington.
