Meet at Thornhill park and ride car park, Headington at 9.30 am for car sharing to Dunstable Downs visitor centre (TL008198). A circular walk to Kensworth and Whipsnade, then joining the Icknield Way through the National Trust Tree Cathedral, returning along the ridge of the Downs. Please bring a packed lunch, and good refreshments afterwards at the visitor centre. Advisable to contact the leader in advance if you want to join this outing. Gwyneth
