Meet at the main entrance to Bury Knowle Park on the London Road Headington. A walk enjoying the history and the different aspects of Headington’s three parks. Starting with Bury Knowle we then proceed along Cuckoo Lane to take in the views of Oxford’s dreaming spires from South Park and the trees of Headington Hill Park before returning to our starting point. Bring a hot drink for a short en-route break. Dogs welcome. Crosses London road at lights. Never far from a bus stop for anyone wishing to opt out en route. Headington is well served by buses.
