Meet in Abingdon Rye Farm Car Park. This is a mid-summer’s evening walk. Past Kingfisher Barn and footpath joining the River Thames. Then crossing the river and Abingdon Lock and following the path around Abbey Meadows. We will then see the Abbey Gardens and the the Cosener’s House. Into town and over the bridge to the Nags Head pub for end of walk refreshments as this is close to the Rye Farm Car Park. Dogs on leads. Buses 35 and X13 from Oxford and X2 from Didcot. Please advise leader if coming by bus, Danny
