This will be a slow and irregular circular walk around the many historic sites of Wallingford: the remains of the castle, a look at the Anglo Saxon border crossing and the remains of King Alfred’s defences. The pace of the walk will be quite slow, so allow 3 hours and we will cross several busy town roads. Peter
